BACKGROUND
The name “Bufeo” is an indigenous name for the Amazon pink river dolphin, which is native to numerous coffee growing regions in south America. The name Bufeo was chosen for this blend in recognition of the Amazon and Brazil, the main origin of this coffee. Over the last two decades, the Bufeo dolphin population has been steadily declining. We hope that our Bufeo coffee will raise awareness of this vulnerable species
