A premium blend of high grade Arabica and Robusta from Central America, South America and Africa. Alteco contains coffee from superior plantations that practice organic farming. A perfect
balance: notes of dried fruits and raisins, a medium body, a delicate taste and a persistent chocolate aftertaste. In order to maintain the perfect taste consistency, the blend may contain Indian coffee, depending on the annual characteristics of the harvest.
NATURAL DECAFFEINATION PROCESS
The decaffeination process adopted by Lavazza does not use chemical solvents, but exclusively carbon dioxide (CO2) to fully preserve the sensory complexity of the coffee. This method respects the true nature of the coffee beans maintaining the taste profile and aromatic richness of this organic blend.
Composition: 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta

Roasting Method: Gently roasted and decaffeinated via natural CO2 process.
